- Candidates graduated from universities/colleges majoring in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in mechanical production.
- Candidates with Japanese communication skills from N3 level and above.
- Candidates with the intention of working long-term in Japan.
- Candidates with a passion for the mechanical production industry and good communication skills.
3. Job description
- Precision machining operations (Center/CNC turning machines)
- Based on the received drawing from the customer, utilize machining machines such as machining/CNC turning machines to produce the company’s products.
4. Career Path
Year 1-2:
- Participate in CNC machining work, learn basic mechanical machining, and accumulate hands-on experience under the guidance of experienced engineers.
- Install machined products.
- Learn how to operate machining machines.
- Study production technical drawings.
- Learn about cutting tools, tool changes, and tool adjustments.
- Gain knowledge of measurement techniques and master measuring skills.
- Improve communication skills with Japanese engineers (aim to achieve N2 level proficiency).
- Understand standards, specifications, and procedures (standard documents/models/procedures) by obtaining the Japanese Language N2 certificate.
Year 3-5:
- Continue working in the CNC machining department under the guidance of experienced engineers, aiming to master programming techniques.
- Learn how to create machining programs.
- Understand the part production process at Murakami Seisakusho.
- Study machining methods and jig fixtures.
- Learn the process of machining planning.
- Learn how to select cutting tools.
- Master the basic techniques of creating machining programs.
- Gain proficiency in 2D CAD software needed for programming through training under experienced mentors.
- Aim to obtain the National CNC Machining Engineer Level II certificate.
Year 6-8:
- Continue working in the machining department under the guidance of experienced engineers to accumulate automation experience.
- Learn how to control robots.
- Master mass production techniques.
- Master process concentration techniques.
- Master advanced machining program creation (macro programming).
- Gain basic knowledge of 3D CAD software through training under experienced mentors.
- Aim to obtain the National CNC Machining Engineer Level I certificate.
From Year 9 Onwards:
- Based on your experience and capabilities, you may participate in tasks supporting management roles such as department head or assistant manager, as well as other titles, contributing to company-wide efforts in quality assurance, productivity improvement, and automation.
- Design jig fixtures and review the use of machining software (2D CAD/3D CAD).
- Deliver presentations.
5. Compensation Package:
- Monthly salary: ¥205,000
- Annual salary review
- Bonuses: Twice a year
- Commuting allowance: Up to ¥25,000
- Overtime allowance
